REGISTRATION CHECK DAY
ALL ATHLETES MUST CHECK THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON THE REGISTRATION CHECK DAY – FEBRUARY 29th ON THIS WEBSITE
The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the athletes list for their:
1. Weight with GI
2. Belt
3. Confirmed yes or no (only the registered athletes with status 'confirmed' will be scheduled in the brackets)
4. Name and team information
Corrections by e-mail
If there are any mistakes on the information the athletes can send an e-mail with changes on the registration, to flandersbjjcup@gmail.com with the subject 'FLANDERS BJJ CUP CORRECTION'. The deadline is February 29th, 24.00 hours.
After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given.
During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets will lead to immediate disqualification.
OTHER INFO
Before each fight, athletes can be asked to show their IDs to the officials. Make sure you have it at hand.
